Leo Hartwich works in the Outsourcing Department and in the Tax Department. Also assists its clients in international trade operations and Customs law in Customs-Tax & International Trade Department.
Within the Tax Department his practice includes tax advice for corporations established in Uruguay, (with activities both in national territory and abroad), and tax advice for individuals in Uruguay.
As part of the Outsourcing Department, his practice includes accounting advice, taxation, payroll, and corporate advice for corporations established in Uruguay, (with activities both in national territory and abroad).

Post-graduated in Tax Specialization of ORT University in Uruguay. He is a member of the Uruguayan Association of Accountants, Economists and Administrators. He is actually studying the career to be an Expert in International Trade and Customs at the International School of Foreign Trade and Customs in Uruguay. He has achieved the degrees of Practitioner in Foreign Trade and Customs and of Technician in Foreign Trade and Customs at this School.
He is a professor in the Master in Taxes and Accounting - IFRS in the chairs of Main Promotional Regimes and also he is a professor of Taxes in the Management and Administration career, at ORT University of Uruguay.
