Maximiliano works in Grant Thornton’s International Tax team.
With 10 years of experience in Transfer Pricing, he started his career in PwC Transfer Pricing team and joined Grant Thornton in January 2015.
Main expertise comprises assessing local companies that belong to Multinational Groups or that perform transactions within the scope of the regime, while also participating and leading international taxation advisory and planning for multinational Groups. He also participates in preparing compliance reports and returns.
Maximiliano has actively participated in the transfer pricing department development and growth.

Postgraduate in International Taxation from the Universidad de Montevideo Law School.
Has worked abroad in diverse jurisdictions, highlighting a 2014 experience in PwC Interaméricas, developing the transfer pricing practice, training the team and collaborating during the busy season.
Also, Maximiliano has participated in Grant Thornton’s regional transfer pricing and tax meetings for training and legislation updating, including participations as speaker.
Moreover, has given talks and courses, both internal and to clients, regarding transfer pricing and international taxation tendencies.
Member of the Uruguayan Fiscal Studies Institute and International Fiscal Association.
