El 12 de octubre se publicó la Resolución N° 9270/2018 de la Dirección General Impositiva (“DGI”) reglamentando y en definitiva facilitando el cumplimiento de obligaciones tributarias de empresas no residentes que tengan actividades de producción, distribución e intermediación de películas cinematográficas y otras transmisiones audiovisuales y de actividades de mediación e intermediación realizadas a través de medios informáticos.

Last week, the International Labour Organisation (ILO) released their annual World of Work report. It contains some stark warnings, particularly for mature economies where it does not expect employment levels to return to pre-crisis levels before 2017. Getting people back into work, the report says, will be a “major global challenge” for years to come and the threat of “social unrest” a major risk.
